This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the adoption, realization of value, and long-term success for key customers utilizing the Marketing, Social, and Advertising product suite.
• Bridge the divide between business goals and platform capabilities leveraging extensive product knowledge.
• Manage the end-to-end adoption process across various teams.
• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform usage with customer-specific objectives and KPIs.
• Perform workspace audits, track health scores, and conduct usage diagnostics.
• Develop reusable playbooks to institutionalize best practices in campaign orchestration, paid amplification, and influencer management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to tackle technical issues and support strategic growth.
• Conduct business reviews tailored for executive stakeholders.
• Provide stakeholder-specific training designed to enhance usability and foster internal platform advocacy.
• Act as a feedback conduit to Product and Engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, or digital media consulting.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is essential.
• Extensive experience in campaign setup, media planning, or brand marketing strategy within large organizations.
• Strong comprehension of omnichannel marketing strategies (organic, paid, owned) and platform analytics.
• Capability to configure, audit, and optimize workspace and tagging frameworks in complex enterprise settings.
• Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management abilities; experience leading roadmap sessions and quarterly reviews.
• Data fluency: capacity to interpret telemetry, product usage, and marketing KPIs, converting insights into strategic actions.
