This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of the Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in the growth of Skribble by providing support and guidance to our customers on how to effectively adopt and integrate Skribble into their systems.
• You will ensure that our customers can implement Skribble across various business areas, helping them to extract the utmost value from the product.
• You will assist customers in navigating the necessary adjustments to their business processes and will handle contract renewals through negotiation.
• You will proactively seek out new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• In collaboration with other teams, you will work with:
• Product: Serving as the liaison between our customers and the product team.
• Partnerships: Coordinating with the partnerships team on customer onboarding, sharing insights, and utilizing partner resources to maintain customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Marketing: Collaborating on campaigns or assisting in identifying compelling customer stories to develop into marketing materials.
• You will ensure a seamless handover for customers and secure testimonials and referrals from our existing clientele.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, with a solid understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders independently in complex projects.
• Experience in negotiating renewals and add-on contracts.
• Familiarity with clients in the DACH region is a plus.
• Native German speaker with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

• Typical total compensation at target achievement is structured as 80% base salary (fixed) and 20% individual variable pay.
• Location: access to our office in Karlsruhe with regular visits to our office in Zurich.
