This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure.
• Engage with C-level executives to foster trusted relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist clients in achieving their strategic goals.
• Actively drive product adoption and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and other teams across functions.
• Travel once a quarter within Europe to enhance customer relationships.
• Minimum of 6 years in a Senior CSM, Key Account Manager, Expansion Manager, or Account Director role, emphasizing cross-sell and upsell.
• Experience in a company at a similar stage of growth, specifically within the $10M - $50M ARR range.
• Demonstrated capability to drive growth across various market levels and enterprise accounts.
• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and proficient in negotiating and closing deals.
• Proven background working with companies that market products or services to marketing teams.
• Strong comprehension of trends in digital experiences, e-commerce, and content management.
• Collaborative with internal teams while also capable of working independently and communicating effectively.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
