• The Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr CSM) is tasked with enhancing product adoption, realizing value, and ensuring retention across a diverse and intricate customer portfolio.
• The Sr CSM takes a proactive approach to managing customer health and engagement by utilizing usage telemetry, adoption indicators, and actionable insights to prioritize interventions, reduce risks, and foster growth.
• This position operates with significant autonomy and collaborates across functions to implement consistent success strategies and guarantee reliable, data-informed customer outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-focused roles, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with a Customer Success Management platform is an advantage.
