Senior Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independently finalize smaller deals and manage them using Hubspot.

• Provide support to Key Account Managers on larger transactions and enterprise clients.

• Assist in the structuring of deals and ensure efficient internal coordination.

• Serve as the operational backbone during intricate sales processes.

• Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email (ticket-like system).

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

• Oversee the complete customer journey from contract closure to successful course initiation.

• Develop and enhance processes where none currently exist.

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points within the customer journey.

• Create scalable solutions to facilitate future growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or a comparable role.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Strong sense of ownership with the capability to work independently in uncertain environments.

• Hands-on approach with a readiness to engage in operational tasks.

• Significant experience with HubSpot.

• Structured thinking paired with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
