This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as a strategic consultant for our clients, grasping their business objectives and ensuring they achieve early value and lasting impact.
• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with customers, cultivating project advocates on the client side and identifying key stakeholders.
• Facilitate company-wide adoption of TradeLink and assist clients in utilizing our AI-driven product by implementing structured change management and promoting acceptance throughout the organization.
• Assume full responsibility for rollouts throughout the entire customer journey, including partner activation.
• Identify, comprehend, and effectively communicate user requirements to support customer-driven development of our AI-enhanced product features.
• Detect upselling and cross-selling possibilities within your customer portfolio and proactively advance their execution.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, evaluate new opportunities, and actively participate in increasing revenue within your customer portfolio.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position within a digital context, ideally in B2B SaaS (experience in the logistics sector is advantageous).
• Demonstrated experience in structured onboarding and customer rollout processes, taking ownership to ensure new clients successfully start with the product and realize tangible value.
• Experience in identifying and capitalizing on upselling and expansion opportunities within a customer portfolio is a plus.
• Previously worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments, such as startups, scale-ups, or consulting, while maintaining oversight even under rapid conditions.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach, viewing yourself not merely as a support role but as a strategic link between clients, product development, and sales.
• Possess strong analytical abilities, high self-organization skills, and confidence in prioritizing tasks.
• Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of additional European languages is a bonus.
