This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Join Rasa’s customer success engineering team to work collaboratively with various clients, ensuring effective adoption and satisfaction with Rasa’s offerings.
• Offer technical advice and strategic direction to assist customers in maximizing their AI assistants, emphasizing best practices and sustainable success.
• Assist clients by resolving issues reactively and escalate to other teams when required.
• Foster a culture that promotes ongoing strategic customer success.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Rasa’s product and engineering teams to influence product evolution.
• Develop and refine AI-driven tools to enhance customer support processes.
• Engage in internal training and educational sessions at Rasa.
• Profound technical knowledge in Rasa or similar conversational AI or NLP/LLM-based technologies.
• Experience as part of a critical customer leadership team, collaborating with both technical and business decision-makers.
• Proficiency in either Python or Full Stack applications operating in the cloud, with a preference for DevOps experience using Kubernetes.
• Experience managing on-premises licensed software solutions is a plus.
• Capability to serve as an industry-leading advocate during customer interactions and in public forums.
• Proficient in English and French.
