This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Manage post-sales relationships for a targeted group of enterprise clients.
• Establish trusted partnerships with technical practitioners, security leaders, and executives.
• Develop and implement deployment roadmaps and success plans that include distinct phases, responsible parties, and target timelines.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate progress, showcase value, and agree on subsequent steps.
• Gain an understanding of customers’ AI environments, security initiatives, priorities, and potential risks.
• Convert customer priorities into actionable implementation plans.
• Define deployment scopes and assess architecture and integration needs.
• Utilize API documentation and logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Confirm assumptions and engage R&D with precise technical findings, specific inquiries, and well-articulated escalation requests.
• Align customer objectives with Noma’s capabilities and establish measurable outcomes.
• Encourage adoption beyond the initial rollout and identify further workloads, teams, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales for necessary commercial follow-ups.
• Align resources from Customer Engineering, Product, Research, Engineering, Security, and Support.
• Address obstacles and relay customer insights back to Noma.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles, with a solid background in hands-on Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in a post-sales capacity at a security vendor.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise customer strategy and technical outcomes, encompassing discovery, deployment planning, success plans, executive reviews, and continuous adoption.
• Strong technical expertise, including the capability to define a deployment scope, interpret API documentation and logs, evaluate integration requirements, and discuss specific technical findings with R&D prior to escalation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity and modern AI technologies and architectures, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.
• Confidence in engaging with CISOs, AI governance teams, and architecture review stakeholders.
• Ability to convert customer priorities into implementable phased plans with clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
• Experience in an early-stage cybersecurity organization, demonstrating independence and adaptability to incomplete documentation and a swiftly changing product landscape.
• Familiarity with AI security, AI governance, or the protection of generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP guidance, MITRE ATLAS, and emerging AI regulations.
• Background in both pre-sales technical and post-sales customer-facing roles.
