This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage complex customer inquiries, orders, purchase orders, and complaints independently.
• Serve as the primary connection between customers, field sales, internal sales, logistics, and specialist departments.
• Assist the sales team with customer care, quote management, and order processing.
• Lead the complaints management process and create sustainable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Examine recurring service issues and pinpoint areas for process optimization.
• Oversee and maintain customer and order information within the ERP system.
• Contribute to the enhancement of service standards and internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with management and sales to strategically respond to customer feedback.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in customer service, Customer Success, or Sales Support.
• Strong familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, preferably myfactory.
• Structured and solution-focused approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Experience in coordinating between sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Capacity to work autonomously and proactively enhance processes and service quality.
• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, knowledge in micronutrients, health, or dietary supplements.
