Senior Customer Portfolio Manager – Heavy Duty Power

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a point of contact between internal and external organizations and designated customer(s)

• Manage the customer relationship and facilitate communication

• Contribute to the overall business strategy, including profit and loss considerations and growth opportunities

• Create and manage the site customer communication plan, coordinating and organizing regular 'Customer meetings' to review outstanding items and action plans

• Supervise Gas Power warranty and relevant commercial aspects, including concessions as they emerge

• Responsible for developing outage scope and communicating it to the field services team

• Handle outage and non-outage parts planning, including quote requests, providing customer quotes, managing parts orders through delivery, and invoicing for parts as necessary

• Lead and drive all emergent and forced outage issues to resolution

• Prepare, organize, and facilitate pre-outage planning meetings, post-outage meetings, and outage milestone meetings, including On-Site Repairs and Part and Component Repairs conducted in GRS

• Oversee contract management and execution, ensuring all project deliverables are met and understanding the terms and conditions, including liquidated damages and bonus structure

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (or an Associate's degree from a college in addition to 7 years of experience in the power generation industry)

• At least 5 years of technical field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power

• Availability to work up to 25% of the time at a site
