This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
• Design and implement campaigns to enhance customer support throughout onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth phases.
• Utilize regional segmentation and lifecycle-stage messaging in the development of campaigns.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Operations to convert renewal and health indicators into actionable campaign triggers.
• Assist with customer survey initiatives, including Customer Effort Score (CES) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Take ownership of the creation, activation, and reporting for lifecycle and expansion campaigns, webinars, and related events.
• Facilitate the local execution of Europe-specific customer advocacy and reference initiatives.
• Manage the local-language transition of centrally developed campaigns to Field Marketing teams.
• Aid in the execution of key global campaigns within the European market.
• Oversee expenditure within the regional marketing budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing as necessary.
• Establish strong working relationships with Customer Success Operations, Field Marketing, and Marketing Ops/Digital Marketing teams.
• Transform lifecycle and expansion strategies into localized campaign implementations across Europe.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a relevant marketing position.
• Proven experience in cross-channel campaign development and enhancement.
• Proficient in technical writing, covering technical communications, product notifications, and advisories.
• Background in a B2B marketing context, ideally within the cybersecurity or IT sector.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities across various teams and seniority levels.
• Analytical and technologically inclined, with the ability to acquire a working knowledge of TrendAI Vision One™ and associated marketing technology tools and reports.
• Experience managing multi-regional campaigns, languages, and teams.
• Capacity to operate independently in a dynamic, ever-evolving industry.
• Practical experience with marketing automation or campaign management technology platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel on occasion.
