This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Deliver expert technical advice to clients and sales colleagues regarding Armada’s products and services. Comprehend client challenges and suggest suitable solutions to fulfill their requirements.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to highlight the features, functionalities, and advantages of the company’s offerings. Customize demonstrations and execute workshops to tackle specific client issues.
• Collaborate across departments to assist sales efforts, including customer interactions, technical assessments, and proposal creation. Influence and align internal teams to drive solution strategies, prioritize resources, and achieve successful business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor through thought leadership, understanding their challenges, and offering tailored solutions based on technical business needs.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitive advancements, and emerging technologies. Utilize market insights to pinpoint opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Improve the field team's understanding of technical concepts, product features, and sales strategies. Provide continuous support and enablement to empower sales representatives in their client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in pre-sales, sales/customer engineering, or solution architecture roles involving technical products.
• Conceptual knowledge of networking and connectivity fundamentals, including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and satellite or cellular communication systems (e.g., Starlink, LTE/5G).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, or containerization technologies, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one core technical area such as AI/ML infrastructure, connected devices, or data center systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, contemporary networking concepts, and containerization or virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging and influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with the capacity to navigate uncertainty and provide clarity.
• A self-starter who flourishes in fast-paced environments and effectively juggles multiple priorities.
• Must be willing and able to travel, including possible international travel, as business needs dictate.
