Implementation Specialist, Fixed Ops Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements to facilitate solution development.

• Document current and future business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and suggest areas for enhancement.

• Engage in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities.

• Aid in the creation of user documentation, process flows, and training materials.

• Maintain project deliverables while assisting in tracking milestones and timelines.

• Conduct basic data analysis to support solution design and ensure post-implementation success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Position mandates 90% travel.

• Requires 2-4 years of experience in implementing Automotive Fixed Operations (Parts & Service) software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, PSA tools) is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Openness to learning project delivery methodologies and enterprise business platforms.
