This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Define and document the implementation requirements, integration needs, and success criteria for each new TPRM customer engagement.
• Oversee comprehensive implementation projects, fostering relationships with customer stakeholders from the initial kick-off to go-live and the transition to Customer Success.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, timelines, and technical dependencies.
• Proactively identify implementation risks—both technical and organizational—and collaborate with internal and customer teams to mitigate these risks.
• Manage 5 or more concurrent implementation projects simultaneously, effectively balancing technical execution with customer communication.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into each customer's existing vendor risk management processes, data sources, and integration landscape.
• Lead current-state versus future-state analysis to document requirements and design solutions that meet customers' genuine business needs—beyond just surface-level requests.
• Provide guidance to customers on TPRM best practices, including vendor tiering, questionnaire design, risk scoring frameworks, and vendor lifecycle workflows.
• Configure Hyperproof's TPRM platform to align with customer workflows—vendor assessment templates, risk scoring models, approval workflows, notification rules, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between Hyperproof and customer systems—such as procurement platforms, GRC tools, identity providers, and internal data sources—utilizing Hyperproof's REST APIs and webhooks.
• Create scripts and automation to facilitate data migration, bulk imports, and ongoing data synchronization between Hyperproof and customer environments.
• Design custom solutions as needed, including lightweight tools, integration middleware, or workflow automation, to address gaps between Hyperproof's standard capabilities and customer requirements.
• Ensure all technical deliverables are thoroughly documented, tested, and handed off in a manner that allows customers and the Customer Success team to maintain independently.
• Design and conduct customized training sessions for customer administrators, program managers, and end users—covering platform usage and any custom integrations developed.
• Create reference materials, integration documentation, and self-service resources to empower customers to operate Hyperproof confidently after go-live.
• Confirm that customers have completed all necessary steps to derive maximum value from Hyperproof's TPRM product prior to handoff.
• Act as the structured voice of the customer throughout implementations—documenting integration gaps, configuration limitations, and feature requests, while providing clear context to Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of implementation playbooks, integration templates, and reusable technical assets that expedite time-to-value for future customers.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an implementation engineer, solutions engineer, technical consultant, or a similar customer-facing technical role within a SaaS company.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining REST API integrations—comfortable reading API documentation, writing integration code, and debugging in production environments.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or backend language—such as Python, Node.js, or similar—for data migration scripts, automation, and lightweight integration tools.
• Familiarity with authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys, SAML/SSO) commonly employed in enterprise SaaS integrations.
• Strong project management abilities—capable of owning a project plan, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving projects to completion without requiring micromanagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical customer stakeholders.
• Comfort in working independently within a remote, asynchronous-first environment.
