Senior Customer Care Specialist – Manheim

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Act as the client's representative and ensure client satisfaction through effective task management and resolution.

• Handle a substantial volume of tasks by utilizing various resources to ascertain client needs.

• Clarify and relay information, investigate issues, and deliver effective solutions while prioritizing client satisfaction.

• Acquire proficiency in all knowledge base requirements to address client needs as efficiently as possible.

• Keep accurate documentation of conversations in the designated system to maintain continuity and accuracy of client profiles.

• Assign available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis.

• Clearly instruct clients on how to utilize any of our client-facing tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred (or equivalent experience).

• At least 4 years of customer service experience or equivalent background.

• Knowledge of auctions and/or logistics/transportation is a strong advantage.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, especially in phone or email interactions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, energetic, and demanding setting.

• Proven track record as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional.
