Senior CTM – Cell and Gene Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead local study teams at the country level to execute clinical studies within the agreed resources, budget, and timelines.

• Ensure the identification of sites, performance of site qualifications, setup, initiation, monitoring, closure, and documentation archiving.

• Coordinate the site selection process, including conducting the initial Site Quality Risk Assessment.

• Guarantee timely submission of applications/documents to EC/IRB at the start-up phase and throughout the duration of the study.

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate monitoring activities from site activation to study closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.

• Prior experience as a CTM that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to 3+ years).

• Experience in site monitoring.

• Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French is required.
