Senior CRM Solutions Architect – German-Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Comprehend client needs and devise effective solutions utilizing the HubSpot platform.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish project architecture and scope.

• Develop thorough documentation that includes requirements, functional specifications, and data models.

• Oversee intricate technology configuration projects while mentoring junior team members.

• Perform technology audits and offer recommendations for enhancements.

• Establish success metrics and reporting needs for technology solutions.

• Keep abreast of the latest technology features and relay changes internally and to clients.

• Support data migration projects and execute quality assurance testing.

• Promote team certifications and deliver technology training to internal personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with HubSpot or equivalent knowledge from other technology platforms or system architecture positions.

• Relevant tertiary education (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering).

• Background in a digital/technical agency or consultancy in a consulting/specialist role, collaborating with clients through the complete process (consulting, solution development, implementation, and training).

• Strong capability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications, etc.).

• Solid understanding of big data.

• Experience in system integration, using APIs, or custom-built solutions.

• Proficient command of English, with outstanding writing and communication skills.
