This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Develop and expand multi-channel lifecycle programs.
• Create onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and upsell pathways leveraging SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Establish upsell systems based on behavioral triggers.
• Conduct thorough experiments.
• Take charge of retention economics.
• Amplify successful strategies across different markets.
• Over 6 years of experience in building and scaling CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Relevant backgrounds of interest include: MVNO experience, super-apps with daily engagement models, mobile gaming with daily retention strategies, prepaid subscription services, or B2C fintech/subscription businesses with high-frequency engagement models.
• Experience in building CRM systems rather than just optimizing them.
• Daily hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• A focus on business outcomes.
• Proven ability to conduct rigorous experiments.
• Fully remote position available within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
