Senior CRM Manager – Focus Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Develop retention strategies aimed at ensuring sustainable growth.

• Implement user flows and manage campaign distributions.

• Create high-quality, brand-aligned copy and visual materials.

• Foster a strong culture of A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of pertinent CRM experience in a B2C setting, preferably with an app-based product.

• Proficiency in developing intricate automation triggers and lifecycle configurations.

• Solid analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and perform segmentation.

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English.

• Advanced skills in utilizing AI tools for workflow optimization.

• Experience in working within small, agile teams.
