This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ You develop scalable CRM strategies that directly influence our revenue and enhance customer lifetime value.
β’ You create, enhance, and optimize email, WhatsApp, and SMS communication flows, ensuring effective and high-performing interactions throughout the customer journey.
β’ In close partnership with our performance team, you formulate funnel logic that systematically transforms paid leads into customers.
β’ You design nurturing sequences and provide insights for copy and creative materials, enabling our advertisements to scale more profitably.
β’ You recognize customer needs and translate them into targeted flows that encourage repeat purchases, reduce churn, and foster loyal relationships.
β’ You produce high-converting copy that is emotionally compelling, clear, and pertinent.
β’ You assess customer behavior, conduct A/B tests, analyze data from Klaviyo, Shopify, and other platforms, and continuously optimize outcomes.
β’ You possess experience in designing, building, and scaling email and automation flows.
β’ You have worked with leads, comprehend the nurturing process, and are familiar with the interface for paid advertisements.
β’ You have a solid understanding of psychological triggers, storytelling techniques, and conversion-focused copywriting.
β’ You are adept at interpreting numbers, identifying patterns, and deriving actionable insights from data.
β’ Retention KPIs, CLTV/CLTP, churn metrics, and cohort analysis are well within your expertise.
β’ You are an advanced Klaviyo user, knowledgeable about Shopify events and data structures, capable of accurately interpreting tracking setups (UTMs, attribution, event tracking), and confidently leverage Klaviyo analytics for data-driven decision-making.
β’ You proactively identify opportunities, think strategically, contribute innovative ideas, and execute them effectively.
