This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and enhancement of lead management processes.
• Execution and oversight of automation initiatives.
• Analysis and categorization of the customer base.
• Creation and implementation of retention management programs.
• Establishing personalized communication strategies for customers.
• Enhancing the customer journey through data-driven A/B testing.
• Formulating strategies to prevent churn.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Several years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, or data-driven sales.
• Extensive knowledge of lead management processes, including MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing customer lifecycle programs.
• Proficiency in commonly used CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of email marketing, retention marketing, and churn prevention strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills and a systematic approach to work.
• Ideally, experience in the education sector or a similar B2C or B2B environment.
