This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Oversee Laundryheap's lifecycle messaging program, taking charge of the strategy that transforms first-time customers into loyal clients, and regulars into subscribers.
• Develop the program from the ground up, including the strategy, architecture, channel mix, and testing cadence.
• Supervise a direct report to assist in executing the program.
• Responsible for monitoring repeat order rates and customer lifetime value (LTV) across every cohort stage and establishing the standards your team will follow.
• Directly manage a Customer Lifecycle Manager, who handles the daily execution and optimization of sequences across email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, preferably within a consumer app or marketplace.
• Practical experience in creating automated sequences using a behavioral CRM system (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Demonstrated success in conducting CRM experiments, including A/B testing on sequences, timing, copy, and segmentation, with the ability to translate findings into program improvements.
• Experience managing lifecycle programs across multiple channels, including email and push notifications, as well as at least one of SMS or WhatsApp.
• Proficient in writing your own briefs and copy.
• Ability to analyze cohort data in a spreadsheet or BI tool and formulate testing hypotheses based on the insights.
• Familiar with suppression logic, exit conditions, and sequence architecture—beyond just sending campaigns.
