This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the implementation of CRM campaigns and customer engagement strategies across various channels within Braze.
• Set up and tailor Braze to execute established strategies, customer journeys, and campaign outlines.
• Create, launch, and enhance targeted campaigns leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation features.
• Collaborate with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and clients to ensure the strategy aligns with execution.
• Manage and analyze customer data to enhance campaign performance, optimization, and audience targeting.
• Conduct quality assurance across campaigns, integrations, and supporting documentation to guarantee delivery accuracy and quality.
• Track campaign performance and generate reports that offer clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, assisting in translating business needs into effective CRM solutions.
• Stay updated on Braze functionalities and industry best practices, applying innovative tactics to enhance client results.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, campaign execution, and platform utilization.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles.
• Experience handling customer data, relational databases, and performance reporting for campaigns.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in QA processes for campaigns, integrations, and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills developed in client-facing or agency settings.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
