This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the leads database, ensuring their advancement through the sales funnel until they are classified as MQLs;
• Continuously update and cleanse databases to maintain effective segmentation;
• Evaluate CRM KPIs with comprehensive analytical insights, precisely knowing how to adjust factors that influence rates and connections while implementing ongoing improvements;
• Set up and enhance advanced integrations for RD Station, Umbler, Pipedrive, Intercom, Power BI, and other platforms within our ecosystem;
• Create the technical workflow and establish triggers for nurturing and conversion pathways for both the leads database and the trial base (across top, middle, and bottom of the funnel);
• Develop and execute strategic campaigns with a strong emphasis on converting leads into trials;
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and communication strategies;
• Track campaign performance and recommend operational adjustments to enhance outcomes;
• Coordinate retrial campaigns aimed at re-engaging lost contacts with a conversion focus;
• Collaborate closely with our SDR team to enhance and elevate the quality of leads provided by Marketing;
• Identify inefficiencies and propose optimization opportunities within CRM operational flows;
• Drive database management and dashboard development initiatives, actively seeking methods to enhance operational analysis workflows;
• Spearhead the automation initiatives of our referral program;
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Advertising;
• At least 4 years of experience in CRM;
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and apply continuous enhancements in CRM;
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with automation and sales tools (such as RD Station, Intercom, Pipedrive, etc.) and data analytics platforms (like Power BI, Google Analytics);
• Advanced proficiency in automation and integrations;
• Advanced understanding of AI tools;
• Experience with data analysis (including reporting, result tracking, trend analysis, market/competitor research, campaign performance, forecasting, and SWOT analysis);
• Familiarity with 360° Marketing;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Highly organized, dynamic, and proactive;
