This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Opportunity Recognition: Identify emerging needs and broaden clients' service offerings.
• Active Communication: Engage in daily interactions with clients through meetings and correspondence via email and WhatsApp.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide outstanding service.
• Platform Utilization: Enhance the adoption of Pmweb's platforms and products, fostering client engagement and satisfaction.
• Workshop Coordination: Create and conduct workshops aimed at educating clients on the effective use of available tools.
• Project Participation: Engage in special projects as directed by management and collaborate with operational teams.
• Metrics Oversight: Monitor client metrics on a daily basis to ensure that strategies are optimized.
• Insightful Reporting: Create and deliver weekly and monthly reports that provide insights on performance and service usage.
• CRM Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Aim to improve campaign segmentation and personalization using methodologies such as RFV and LTV.
• Control Group Execution: Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to guarantee efficient resource distribution.
• LTV Analysis: Identify high-value customers and suggest actions to enhance return on relationship.
• Multichannel Campaign Creation: Develop campaigns that resonate with customer needs and behaviors based on segmentation data.
• CRM KPI Evaluation: Analyze retention, churn, and engagement metrics, recommending ongoing enhancements.
• Internal Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, data, and BI teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with business goals.
• Comprehensive Performance Reporting: Offer insights into customer behavior and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in managing client portfolios and delivering strategic account services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM, CRO, and loyalty marketing practices.
• Proficient in data analysis, metrics evaluation, and interpretation to uncover new business opportunities.
