This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Customer segmentation
• Assist in developing segmentations based on customer behavior, profile, and value
• Utilize analytical data (such as propensity, uplift, and clusters) to shape communication strategies
• Plan, implement, and enhance multichannel campaigns (including email, WhatsApp, and push notifications)
• Identify target audiences, messaging, and incentives driven by data
• Carry out A/B tests and experimentation
• Create and sustain automated customer journeys
• Apply data-driven decision rules (for instance, next best action)
• Track and assess campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and churn)
• Provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement
• Extensive experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficient in SQL (mandatory)
• Background in campaign management and marketing automation
• Knowledge of data analysis and CRM metrics
• Experience with customer segmentation and A/B testing
• Remote work
