Senior Credit Risk Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive the expansion of the Mudflap Fuel Card product while overseeing the portfolio's profitability.

• Ensure that the loss rates associated with the Mudflap Fuel Card are in line with risk appetite and profitability objectives.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the Mudflap Fuel Card.

• Create and enforce policies and procedures aimed at minimizing credit and fraud risks for Mudflap.

• Formulate repayment and collection strategies to enhance the recovery of overdue accounts.

• Collaborate with operations and product teams to execute credit and collections strategies.

• Design next-generation financial models for credit risk and establish an exceptional monitoring framework.

• Influence the future of our credit card and credit programs by utilizing various tools and methodologies, including multi-product internal data, credit bureaus, and alternative data sources.

• Work alongside leadership and product teams to develop and introduce new credit products as Mudflap broadens its offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient technical skills in SQL, Python, and Excel.

• Over 3 years of experience in Data, Business, or Financial Analysis.

• Background in mobile payments or financial technology is highly preferred.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Strong comprehension of lending practices.

• Exceptional analytical talents, with the capability to create and manage financial spreadsheets.

• Capacity to build and maintain robust cross-functional partnerships.
