This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily credentialing and re-credentialing processes for Tia’s network of providers.
• Assist with medical licensing procedures for MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and RNs across various states, which includes tracking requirements, deadlines, renewals, and application statuses.
• Monitor onboarding activities to ensure that providers are licensed, credentialed, enrolled, and compliant prior to their go-live date.
• Keep records for APP supervision agreements, collaborative practice submissions, and other state-specific requirements.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise, audit-ready provider files and track expirables such as licenses, DEA registrations, certifications, and other necessary documents.
• Engage with providers, internal teams, health system collaborators, credentialing teams, and licensing bodies to expedite open items and resolve any delays.
• Maintain tracking systems, update status reports, identify risks early, and communicate timelines, obstacles, and next actions to Clinical Operations and physician leadership.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Clinical Ops, and other internal departments to facilitate provider onboarding, compliance, and operational projects.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, licensing, provider enrollment, onboarding, or data management related to providers.
• Proven experience in supporting credentialing and/or licensing processes for providers such as MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, or RNs.
• Knowledge of medical licensing boards, CAQH, payer enrollment, provider documentation, and credentialing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability of accurately managing complex provider data.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple providers, deadlines, applications, and renewals simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, trackers, and credentialing or provider operations software.
• Effective, proactive communication skills with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with providers, physician leadership, internal teams, health system partners, and external credentialing or licensing organizations.
