This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the creative production process for our various brands.
• Develop performance advertisements that drive client revenue growth by leveraging data, research, and creative insights to devise an effective creative strategy.
• Analyze data using platforms such as Atria, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research using fundamental tools and resources.
• Collaborate with Post-Production, Production teams, and your Creative Strategy Lead to create videos.
• Write scripts and copy for video content, static image ads, and email marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that visuals align with the creative strategy established for the advertisement.
• Provide feedback that is consistent with the creative strategy of the advertisement.
• Implement feedback received from your Creative Strategy Lead.
• Evaluate the outcomes of creative tests and use this information to improve future efforts.
• Under the guidance of your Creative Strategy Lead, take charge of weekly strategic account planning.
• Identify top-performing concepts within accounts by utilizing data and creative analysis.
• Recognize effective concepts and trends within the social media landscape.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in paid social or direct response marketing (work/writing samples are highly advantageous).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
• An analytical mindset that allows for the interpretation of data, extraction of actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, and/or familiarity with other advertising platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment and adapt to changes in industry trends and best practices.
