This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete production process for paid social and native creative across all four sectors (Health, FinServ, Insurance, Home & SMB).
• Recruit, nurture, and retain a skilled team of senior Editor/Designers (a blend of motion and static expertise, versatile across categories) and post-production personnel.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and oversee a flexible roster of contract Producers, Shooters, and Crew throughout the US.
• Find and manage freelance casting directors, while establishing and maintaining a library of remote UGC creators for quick casting.
• Manage shoot operations comprehensively: pre-production, casting, locations, on-set production, and post-production.
• Oversee post-production workflows, Digital Asset Management (DAM), asset library standards, and the handoff from production to launch.
• Lead the implementation of AI-enhanced production tools and workflows: templates, prompt libraries, automated post, and generative video.
• Handle shoot budgets and contractor invoicing.
• Collaborate with Finance to forecast production expenses.
• Work alongside Creative Directors to convert creative briefs into actionable, production-ready plans that meet high standards.
• Establish quality benchmarks for all output types (UGC, in-studio, on-location, AI) and ensure consistency across sectors.
• Willing to travel to various locations to oversee shoots and production activities.
• Over 8 years of experience in direct-response or paid social creative production, including at least 3 years in a production team management role.
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining versatile Editor/Designers (combining motion and static roles) or similar production talent.
• Experience managing both full-time teams and contract or freelance production personnel.
• Strong on-set skills.
• Capable of independently running a shoot, directing non-actor talent, managing time and budget, and delivering usable footage.
• Proficient in various content modes: high-volume remote UGC, in-person studio and location shoots, and AI-generated or assisted content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered production processes.
• Regular engagement with AI tools for ideation, post-production, asset generation, and operational tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and produce high volumes in performance marketing settings.
• Comfortable managing multiple shoots and numerous cuts each week while maintaining quality standards.
• Experience in budget oversight for shoots and contractor payments.
• Management of vendor and freelance talent relationships among producers, DPs, shooters, and post-production talent.
• Strong collaboration capabilities across Creative, Buying, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
