This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with the Chief Event Experience Officer and your team to enhance and elevate our creative output.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop the creative team, promoting excellence in craftsmanship and guiding the conceptual direction for significant opportunities.
• Serve as a senior client-facing representative of Egg’s creative vision, establishing strong relationships while showcasing charisma and expertise.
• Coordinate creative departments and stakeholders to produce cohesive, impactful, innovative, and successful ideas.
• Offer technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring they have access to the necessary software and tools.
• Promote collaboration across departments to bridge gaps between the creative process, production, and project management.
• Define and maintain design and brand guidelines that align creative excellence with Egg's business objectives and client requirements.
• Ensure that every proposal embodies a recognizable and distinctive Egg creative identity.
• Be accountable for the department's profitability and the processes required to achieve it.
• Expand and enhance our global creative ecosystem of freelancers and specialist partners as extensions of the team.
• Contribute to consistently improving our RFP success rate.
• Transform complex concepts into visual representations that provide clarity and excitement for clients.
• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in B2B corporate events.
• In-depth knowledge of 2D and 3D design, AI-powered creative tools, motion design, and technical skills.
• Possess strong, well-founded convictions without harboring misplaced ego.
• Proven experience in leading creative teams while maintaining consistent design and brand principles.
• Proficiency in English (No scrambled oeufs at egg, please).
• Excellent collaborative skills, demonstrated by a history of encouraging cross-functional teamwork.
