Senior Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create digital-first strategies across various channels including brand, social media, web, display, email, and emerging platforms.

• Convert customer goals, market insights, and performance metrics into concise creative briefs and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers to craft engaging creative concepts.

• Establish strong relationships with clients by offering strategic advice throughout the creative process.

• Utilize research, audience insights, and competitive analysis to guide creative direction.

• Implement AI tools in the strategy process, from research and ideation to concept development and optimization.

• Contribute to testing frameworks that enhance creative performance and campaign success.

• Confidently present strategies and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Share insights, frameworks, and best practices that enhance the overall Strategy team.

• Keep up-to-date with new platforms, technologies, consumer behavior, and creative trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in strategy within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing, creative effectiveness, and storytelling tailored to specific platforms.

• Experience in developing creative strategies and drafting clear, actionable creative briefs.

• Capability to transform research and performance data into compelling strategic recommendations.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles.

• Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams.

• Proficient in using AI tools to aid in research, ideation, and strategy formulation.

• Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects at once.
