Senior Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for developing strategic core ideas, content timelines, and overarching creative concepts for social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.

• You assess target audiences, platform trends, and competitive landscapes to formulate solid strategic recommendations.

• You review existing creative materials, analyze campaign outcomes, and generate strategic insights for both internal teams and clients.

• You interpret client feedback and performance metrics, utilizing these insights to continuously refine the content strategy.

• You oversee and consistently enhance the central strategy documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.

• You have a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics and requirements for both paid and organic strategies on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.

• You have a track record of developing cross-channel campaign strategies, ranging from always-on initiatives to campaign highlights.

• You exhibit strong analytical, creative, and conceptual thinking skills, enabling you to extract valuable insights from data.

• You communicate in a clear and organized manner, effectively presenting your ideas persuasively.

• You are capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, maintaining an overview across various projects.

• Proficiency in German (C1) and a good command of English (B2) complete your qualifications.
