This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Oversee the development of creative strategies for paid media initiatives across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Generate innovative and effective ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts.
• Convert performance metrics into actionable creative insights.
• Establish and maintain structured frameworks for creative testing.
• Collaborate with media buyers, editors, and designers across various functions.
• Evaluate campaign performance and refine successful creatives accordingly.
• Present strategies, outcomes, and insights to internal teams or clients.
• Keep abreast of trends in paid social media, user-generated content (UGC), and digital marketing.
• 4–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• A proven history of achieving results through paid social creatives.
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube advertising.
• Experience with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
• Capability to fuse creative thinking with data-informed decision-making.
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Background in agency or fast-growing startup settings is preferred.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is advantageous.
