This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will develop performance advertisements that drive client revenue growth by:

• Leveraging data, research, and creative insights to craft an effective creative strategy

• Analyzing data through platforms such as Atria, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager

• Conducting consumer, product, and competitor research using fundamental tools and resources

• Collaborating with Post-Production, Production, and your Creative Strategy Lead to create videos

• Composing scripts and copy for video content, static image ads, and email campaigns

• Ensuring that visuals align with the creative strategy established for the advertisement

• Providing feedback that supports the creative strategy of the advertisement

• Implementing feedback received from your Creative Strategy Lead

• Evaluating the outcomes of creative tests and using this analysis to refine future strategies

• Under the guidance of your Creative Strategy Lead, taking responsibility for weekly strategic account planning

• Identifying top-performing concepts within accounts through data and creative analysis

• Recognizing effective concepts and trends in the social media landscape


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience in paid social or Direct Response (work/writing samples are highly beneficial)

• Quick learner, able to adapt skills from training and examples

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make informed decisions

• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities

• Solid understanding of social media (active user of at least one platform: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Familiarity with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other advertising platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat

• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment and adapt to shifting industry trends and best practices
