This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete creative process for Meta, transforming research and insights into compelling concepts, scripts, briefs, and storyboards that effectively engage audiences and attract new Scribe users.
• Develop, produce, and assess over 100 ad creatives monthly, swiftly transitioning from ideation to execution while maintaining a strong emphasis on clarity, storytelling, and measurable outcomes.
• Convert performance metrics into creative strategies, utilizing indicators such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPE, and CPA to evaluate effectiveness, understand successful elements, and inform future productions.
• Push the limits of paid social creative by experimenting with innovative formats, visual styles, and production methods that capture attention and differentiate Scribe within the marketplace.
• Work collaboratively with creators, editors, and designers, crafting briefs that bring concepts to life at scale while maintaining narrative intent and creative integrity.
• Remain informed about cultural trends, platform updates, and emerging creative techniques, leveraging the latest insights from Meta, competitive analysis, and the creator ecosystem to keep Scribe at the forefront.
• Challenge traditional best practices with bold, insight-driven ideas that elevate the standards for performance creative, demonstrating efficacy through testing and results.
• 4-6 years of experience in paid social performance marketing, showcasing a strong history of developing, launching, and refining creative that fosters significant customer acquisition.
• 2-3+ years of experience specifically in a creative strategy position, rather than just in production or media buying.
• Proficient in creative craftsmanship, including scripting, storyboarding, and video editing.
• Experience in both agency settings and in-house teams.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, including familiarity with Meta’s ad formats, placements, and algorithmic behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to explain the rationale behind each concept, script, and test conducted.
