This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Direct and capture high-quality, cinematic video content showcasing founders across diverse environments (events, travel, daily operations).
• Create video concepts, series, and campaigns that align with founder narratives and enhance audience engagement.
• Perform advanced video editing, transforming raw footage into refined, high-production deliverables.
• Oversee the complete video production process, encompassing planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and delivery.
• Establish video workflows, implement best practices, and uphold quality standards.
• Define and sustain the overarching creative vision and brand aesthetic throughout all content.
• Guide Multimedia Artists in the execution of design and static content.
• Review and perform quality assurance on all creative outputs to ensure they meet premium brand standards.
• Take the initiative to propose new creative concepts and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to synchronize video content with content calendars and campaigns.
• Work alongside leadership to ensure that creative output aligns with business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor interns to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, content creation, or creative direction.
• Demonstrated experience in producing cinematic, high-quality video content (ideally for founders, startups, or personal brands).
• A strong portfolio that showcases storytelling, production quality, and brand enhancement.
• Advanced skills in video editing, especially with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
• A strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into captivating visual content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must possess professional-grade camera and audio equipment.
• Willingness and capability to work on-site and travel as required.
• Experience collaborating with startup founders or developing personal brands.
• Background as a freelancer, content creator, or influencer.
• Familiarity with photography and photo editing software.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior creatives or interns.
• Knowledge of viral content strategies and social media trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion or similar project management tools, Adobe Lightroom, Canva, and Figma.
