• Assist the Creative Operations Manager in orchestrating cross-functional workflows involving Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Web Development teams.
• Monitor and relay project status on a regular basis—ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are current in our project management tools.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential project risks, troubleshoot obstacles, and suggest solutions to prevent deadline delays.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of streamlined, repeatable processes that enhance collaboration among creative teams and facilitate the delivery of outputs.
• Facilitate resource allocation discussions and engage in roadmap planning dialogues.
• Create project updates, status reports, and team communications for stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and planning meetings—ensuring progress is maintained and decisions are documented.
• Seek opportunities to enhance team efficiency and proactively address areas for improvement.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination.
• Familiarity with workflows of Creative and Marketing teams—lifecycle marketing, branding, user acquisition, or content production.
• Proficient in constructing and managing project plans, timelines, and briefs that are effectively utilized by real teams.
• Experience in overseeing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing priorities.
• Skilled in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communicator—both written and verbal—capable of tailoring updates for diverse audiences.
• A practical problem solver who excels in uncertain environments and does not wait for perfect information.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and a collaborative, low-ego work style.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
