• Oversee and optimize collaboration with agency and production partners.

• Edit videos directly.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance and streamline workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in performance-oriented creative production.

• Demonstrated success in producing or directing high-impact creative for paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, etc.).

• Strong intuition for performance-driven creativity.

• High-level visual aesthetics.

• Proficiency in video editing.

• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Familiarity with AI technologies.
