This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take the initiative to enhance and develop marketing creative strategies, implementing them across various advertising networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google).
• Convert insights into actionable strategies that resonate with our target demographic.
• Innovate by leveraging new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to elevate creative output.
• Produce innovative and user-focused creative concepts that align closely with the strategy. Draft creative briefs.
• Evaluate user acquisition results and creative performance to optimize metrics.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and insights, applying this knowledge to foster innovative and effective solutions.
• Provide ongoing feedback and share best practices with the team, serving as a mentor for junior colleagues.
• Oversee the complete creative production process: from ideation to final execution, acting as a leader who inspires the team to deliver exceptional results on projects.
• Organize and manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and objectives effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Creative Producer role or a similar position.
• Demonstrated excellence in ideation and execution across various advertising networks: Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Proficiency in creating user-generated content (UGC) and storytelling materials, as well as crafting persuasive direct response communications.
• Exceptional ability to generate creative concepts that consistently exceed benchmarks, with a proven record of meeting marketing KPIs.
• Strong foundation in performance marketing that is informed by insights and analytics.
• Excellent project management and time management abilities.
• Team development skills that promote individual growth and collective team success.
• Proven experience in presenting work confidently and elegantly, with the ability to articulate the rationale behind creative decisions within a broader context.
• Effective communication skills aimed at building trust with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
