This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Shape and advance the Degreed brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Brand & Communications to revitalize and modernize Degreed's visual representation.
• Define the visual presence of Degreed across all platforms, including websites, campaigns, events, social media, public relations, executive communications, and sales materials.
• Ensure that all creative outputs consistently embody and enhance the Degreed brand.
• Assist in making the brand more recognizable to potential buyers earlier in their decision-making process, thereby supporting sales enablement and go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as the primary creative lead and art director for significant brand, marketing, and company initiatives.
• Personally oversee and contribute to key creative projects where strategic insight, quality, and speed are essential.
• Simplify complex subjects—including workforce transformation, skills, learning technology, and AI—into engaging and memorable visual narratives.
• Create innovative concepts, campaign ideas, storyboards, presentation designs, digital assets, and visual stories in line with the brand.
• Enhance the quality and impact of creative work by making intricate enterprise topics feel accessible, relatable, and engaging.
• Exceptional creative and art direction abilities, capable of enhancing the quality and consistency of a global brand.
• Proficient in translating complex ideas into clear and compelling visual narratives.
• Expertise in brand systems, campaign creation, and multi-channel implementation.
• Experience in leading small creative teams and managing competing priorities.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Operational discipline, including the ability to prioritize, manage intake, and implement scalable processes.
• A sense of curiosity and adaptability in exploring new technologies and AI-driven creative workflows.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
