Senior Creative Designer, Investing Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Spearhead large-scale, intricate creative investment projects with a deep understanding of target audiences and business goals.

• Cultivate robust relationships with marketing and business departments to enhance collaboration and create new strategic opportunities.

• Contribute to and refine strategic insights, improving the creative development process.

• Achieve brand-level impact through outstanding design craftsmanship, balancing expressiveness with clarity and scalability while anticipating future brand system requirements.

• Analyze briefing and research documents to formulate well-informed perspectives on creative challenges and advocate for exceptional client experiences throughout the creative journey.

• Share expertise, mentor, and guide team members to help them realize their full potential.

• Oversee and execute campaigns from initial concept to final delivery, incorporating stakeholder feedback efficiently.

• Provide multiple strategic directions for each creative stage, testing assumptions and uncovering innovative solutions.

• Tackle projects with unclear or ambiguous deliverables, driving them from concept to execution.

• Collaborate with team members to evolve brand expressions and ensure brand consistency.

• Develop tailored messages and innovative executions across diverse media formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a visual designer in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.

• A solid background and enthusiasm for digital creativity, encompassing web experience production and motion design direction.

• Proven experience in adapting consistent and effective visual expressions across digital, print, video, social, and non-traditional media.

• Bonus: Direct experience collaborating with a research team or utilizing performance data to guide creative decisions.

• Bonus: Technical skills in motion production using After Effects (or a similar program).

• Bonus: Skills in illustration or drawing.
