Senior Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You create innovative organic campaigns for social media platforms (including video editing and static assets) for some of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding brands in the industry.

• You engage in creative copywriting for organic campaigns.

• Leveraging your experience, you manage visual language, video editing, and provide support during on-set shoots.

• As a collaborative team, you conduct visual research and develop creative ideas for client campaigns.

• You craft compelling narratives through designs and pitch presentations.

• You take full responsibility for evolving designs based on performance-oriented outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 2–5 years of professional experience in social media content creation and design, preferably in an agency setting.

• You have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects).

• You are known as the trendsetter among your peers, consistently sharing the latest Reels and trends on Instagram and TikTok.

• You have experience with organic social content and are familiar with its requirements and trends.

• You demonstrate an independent and responsible work ethic with a robust hands-on approach.

• Bonus: experience in on-set shooting.

• Proficient in German (C1) and have good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken.
