Senior CRA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocol, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory obligations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
