Senior CRA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Supervise clinical trial sites to guarantee compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and offer support for effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and precise data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with site staff and stakeholders to enable seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, with excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Experience in monitoring complex indications in Ophthalmology.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Candidates must reside in California (Orange County/LA/Modesto).
