Senior CPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the complete accounting cycle utilizing QuickBooks Online.

• Recognize and implement enhancements to processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial functions.

• Supervise or collaborate with junior accountants, bookkeepers, or support staff.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and reconciliations.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to align financial operations with larger business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA license is a must.

• A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is essential.

• Experience in designing or enhancing accounting workflows, systems, or documentation.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process excellence.
