Senior Counsel, Transactions – Capital Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take on an immediate and direct role in intricate commercial transactional work.

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to Circle's capital markets business development team.

• Structure, negotiate, and draft sophisticated agreements in crypto, fintech, and capital markets.

• Assist in Arc's capital markets go-to-market strategy, including drafting and negotiating contracts.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of processes, procedures, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of legal experience in capital markets, crypto, or financial services.

• More than 3 years of previous experience at a prestigious law firm.

• J.D. (or equivalent foreign degree) with active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar.

• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements in crypto, fintech, and capital markets.

• Knowledge of traditional finance (TradFi) capital markets concepts.

• Capability to manage multiple initiatives, matters, and transactions.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize routine tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
