Senior Counsel – Labor and Employment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Offer strategic legal guidance on issues with substantial organizational impact

• Independently oversee and implement litigation strategies for employment-related conflicts

• Manage collaboration with external legal counsel

• Conduct internal investigations pertaining to workplace matters

• Draft and evaluate agreements and policies related to employment

• Act as the main legal advisor for Human Resources and business leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the ABA

• Over 7 years of specialized experience in labor and employment law, including both law firm and corporate environments

• Active member of a state bar association

• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, complex environment

• Must have a passion for enhancing consumer experiences within the organization
