Senior Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on, draft, and negotiate value-oriented agreements, including those involving payers, specialists, vendors, and hybrid models.

• Work in partnership with clinical departments on affiliation contracts and similar agreements within a clinical setting.

• Support the development of new contractual agreements stemming from acquisitions, pilot initiatives, and various other clinical programs.

• Collaborate and advise company leaders to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations while safeguarding against external risks.

• Oversee comprehensive project management with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the ABA.

• Over 5 years of legal expertise in the healthcare sector, with direct experience advising healthcare providers.

• Experience in contract drafting and negotiations, particularly in value-based contracting.

• Active membership in a state bar association.

• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as collaboratively in team environments.

• Proficiency in navigating a complex organization, engaging with clients at all levels, including senior leadership.
