Senior Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate your business units’ strategies and operations by delivering practical, solution-focused methods for a wide array of intricate legal matters.

• Act as a leader and influential figure within the organization.

• Function as a legal subject matter expert and strategic advisor for cross-functional initiatives.

• Collaborate with specialized attorneys and other professionals.

• Oversee commercial disputes and other conflicts, including litigation matters.

• Utilize Danaher Business System tools to assist the legal and compliance team in identifying, designing, and executing continuous process improvement projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Over 6 years of experience in complex commercial and corporate transactions.

• More than 3 years of experience in a large law firm transactional practice.

• Exceptional writing and contract drafting capabilities.

• Strong communication skills.
